The Treasurer-Control Commission is a commission of the General Assembly of SPIL which is appointed each October at the General Assembly when the SPIL board also changes. Their task is specified in the statutes of the association. Roughly it entails advising the General Assembly about the performances of the treasurer. It checks the profit and deficit account, the cash flow statement and the balance sheet on their correctness two weeks before the biannual General Assemblies. The commission reports its findings in a weighty advise to the General Assembly, after which the end of year General Assembly may or may not decide to exempt board members from duties.
